If there are no major issues with the filter components of the hydraulic system, the valves and pumps themselves may not produce iron filings. However, radiators and hard pipes are possible. Of course, this situation only occurs when a new car or new parts are replaced.


The pressure on the return line is low, and a filter element with higher accuracy can be selected. If it is not in the fuel tank, it seems that there is no relationship between magnetic properties. Usually, the flow rate of hydraulic oil in the pipeline is very high, and it is difficult for ordinary magnets to absorb.


Firstly, the engine water temperature is very high. After removing the thermostat, the small hole below the thermostat seat blocks a wooden plug to prevent hot water from recirculating.


Secondly, the gear pump separates the sides to create a vacuum as the suction port. The volume on the extrusion side decreases, creating pressure as the discharge port. The rear of the 3-shaped valve plate always faces the discharge outlet. The valve plate generates axial force to compress the gear under the pressure of the pressure oil to strengthen the seal. It also has the effect of automatically compensating for the pressure after wear.


Thirdly, individual components are often blocked, and the connecting pipeline should be checked to see if it is caused by internal peeling.


The fourth and second pilot pressures are normal, but the action is slow. When using a hammer, consideration should be given to whether there is dirt on the valve core in the pilot handle that limits its travel, reducing the travel (even if the operation is maximum). Although the pressure is sufficient, the flow rate is insufficient, resulting in insufficient force on the valve stem and insufficient opening of the valve stem, resulting in slow related actions.


Fifth, the smallest core in the handle mainly plays a role in micro operations.
